Excellent location and convenience. One of my family members is wheelchair bound. It's so easy to move around the hotel and to the mall. Great place to stay.

Location is very good, connecting to the busy Pavilion spot. And if you want to go to out of this busy spot, I would recommend to take taxi right in front of the hotel instead of using bukit bintang entrance, you will save a lot of traffic time. I didn't know that it is part of All hotel chains, I wish I know about it sooner.
