the staff was very friendly , receptionist whos name Gina very kindly and helpfully. her smile make me melted. room veri insane. breakfast good. late chek out make me happy. ant thats moment so beauriful. restorant staff all good and energic. kolam renang perlu diperhatikan. terlalu banyak kaporit. but so far ao good. with IDR 400.000 its so worth it to staycation in this hotel

Oh, except there was a lift failure for a few days, where only 1 was working, which was a nuisance, because the hotel is from the 17th floor and above, and there are a lot of people from the apartment using the lift as well.

All hotel staff are very friendly, smiling and very helpful during check in/out process. Recommended to stay if you have plans in Batam. Location in the center of Nagoya, so close to go everywhere.

The hotel staff is friendly, the parking lot is narrow so you have to leave the key with the security, the toilet water spray is off in the bathroom. The white bed cover is dull. It seems like this hotel has very minimal maintenance.

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Rikki. He explained the terms of stay very well. However, I might have missed the explanation about where my room was and its location. just figured it out myself by asking the lady at the residence area, and she told me where the location was. Overall, the service was good. Just a small feedback regarding the breakfast area by the pool. I was unsure whether the tables were in use or not. As an outdoor venue enthusiast, it would like to dine at the outdoor tables. However, the condition of the tables was not very presentable (dusty), which seemed to downgrade the value of the restaurant's facilities. However we wish to stay back. Thank you.

for an environment close to the city center, there are many areas to visit, unfortunately the parking lot is small
