The room is nice, it has descent view, it's worth it for its price. It's just when I checked in, they didn't give me any towels as they said none of them are ready. Unfortunately, we did early checkout and no towel was given. But other than that it's good, I'd still recommend this place.

many rooms are damaged.. scary at night

Very helpful with hotel security. Arriving at the hotel at night, only security guarded the hotel lobby. Super helpful, that night there were quite a lot of guests checking in, he was very friendly and agile in serving each guest. Remembering his service, I remembered BCA's service. Because the OB was also very agile in helping his customers. When it was my turn, it turned out that my name was not registered at the hotel. I booked the hotel and paid through Traveloka. I was worried, but his desire to help deserves appreciation. He was ready to help his boss and finally got CI that night. It didn't stop there, after CI he also immediately helped lift the goods and escorted us to the room. Thank you for your hospitality, full respect🙏

It's a shame that I've already ordered from a long time ago, I requested the ground floor but got the 3rd floor and the back building has no wifi network at all At least confirm first or give the option of the 2nd floor, because I'm already tired from the motorbike trip but when I arrive at the hotel I'm tired again from climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor, for the staff, 5 stars, they are all good because I've stayed here 4 times before it became an apartment

The hinges on the bedroom door were off, the key to the bedroom door was lost.

I stayed for 5 days, in 4 nights, 2 days I booked the cheapest studio room, with that price it was already comfortable, then the last 2 days moved to a two bedroom room for around 600, the room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were all friendly, but it was like a cupboard, the room door was poorly maintained, at first I was afraid it would be a dud because there were many bad reviews, but after I tried staying there overall it was really good for the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, comfort with the cheapest room price in Denpasar, to the point where I felt like staying there was still not enough, the kids didn't want to go home, next time I go to Bali I will stay here again, please keep the price the same, don't increase it 😍😆 oh yeah if possible add a kettle to make coffee/tea 😉

It was really ruined, took 2 rooms, all the rooms had no hot water kettle, toothbrush, even worse, 1 room had no electricity, electricity was only for lights. Complained, instead told to wait until tomorrow afternoon. The next morning we checked out, the service was really ruined, fed up, the elevator was also broken, going up to the 3rd floor dragging suitcases.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was high season so we couldn't extend.

Stayed in a studio room, a room with a double bed, on the 2nd floor of building A. Clean room, clean balcony. TV and cold mini fridge available, 2 bottles of mineral water. Cold AC. Clean pool. Friendly staff. Strategic location, not too close to the city center of Denpasar, Kuta and surrounding areas. Many food vendors near the hotel. There is also a supermarket. Minuses: Amenities only provide soap & shampoo, 2 towels. The pillowcase smells bad like laundry that is not dry enough. And the pillows are flat, not comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was initially dirty, but was finally cleaned immediately by the housekeeping staff. The lights on the balcony are very dim. Overall okay for staying 👍

Staffs are nice. Room very spacious and has balcony. But they need to repair and repaint the facilities to upgrade the guest experience.
