The balcony floor was dusty and had lots of dry leaves and the hallway floor wasn't mopped so you could see the footprints of sandals or shoes, the lobby table was dusty.... the bidet in the bathroom was broken, the hot water kettle had some crust on it... the hot water in the bathroom took a long time to come out... the TV channels weren't varied, that's all... apart from that, everything was good, both the service and the friendliness of the receptionist....

Strategic location because it is in the city center, close to several culinary locations, can be reached on foot, the place is comfortable, clean even though it is old but comfortable, highly recommended, thank you Kertanegaran Premium Guest House. 😊😉🙏👍

Overall comfortable, but there is still dust on the mirror in the room and the toilet is not cleaned enough. There are stains that won't go away around the toilet seat.
