The AC isn't cold, even setting it to 16 doesn't work, so I can't sleep. The TV won't work. Please fix it. It should be better.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the room is a bit disappointing, in other rooms there is a sofa but in my room there isn't one. Then the bathroom only has a small water outlet but I don't know about other rooms. When I booked, I chose a room on the 2nd floor but when I checked in they said the rooms above were full even though I saw many were empty. I tried to guess maybe because of the different rental rates but I asked the guests above, they paid Rp. 250,000 while I paid Rp. 258,000 but why were they given the room in the corner and the worst. There were also many empty rooms near the swimming pool but we weren't given that room. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed

My room's AC was noisy downstairs then I asked to move to the upper room, the AC condition was better
overall for the price of 180 thousand it is very good, it's just a shame there is no coffee and tea drinking equipment
