This hotel is suitable for overnight stay when vacationing in Kuala Lumpur. Cold AC, friendly staff.

The staff is friendly, the food is great, guaranteed satisfaction.

The room is a bit dark. The food is the same every day. But I like the location because it is in the city center. I couldn't open the room key. But it's okay for that price.

Clean modern room but dark room lights, frosted glass in the bathroom shows the silhouette of the body when taking a shower. The location is difficult for halal food but can grabfood, the roadside is not comfortable for walking areas, because around the hotel there is nothing except for a few non-halal restaurants. The hotel restaurant food is quite tasty and filling even though it is basic but everything is enough.

I took 2 days because I bought it online. Based on reading other reviews, it's okay, let's try it first. The staff was not very helpful when we asked to order an airport taxi. They said just go down and ask the security. Actually, we can do that by Grab, just want to make sure faster. I haven't asked what they said yet. Staff Sunday night, April 13, 2024. Phone call to Receptionist very late response, slow to answer. Although finally had to be reminded. We ordered a Family Room which is large, the room should be okay but not ideal. There was no tissue in the room. The first day I arrived, the bathroom door couldn't lock. The bathroom water pipe was slow, the room wifi was very slow and the TV couldn't open YouTube internet. The smell of the room hallway smelled a bit musty.

We arrived at the hotel around 12, so we had to wait 2 hours to check in. And when we checked in, we were served (probably) by the manager. Very kind.. and our room was upgraded to a bigger room. They said so the kids could run around in the room. haha.. The room was indeed spacious enough for a family of 4. And the location was quite close to Lalaport mall.

I had a nice stay in this hotel in March 2025. I got a room that didn't have a decoration (as shown in the picture) but it's totally fine because they just upgraded my room from standard to superior. It is a 10-minute walk to Imbi monorail and 15 minutes to Hang Tuah monorail, and 15 minutes to Pudu station. Located behind Berjaya Times Square. Typical of an old hotel but it's fair with the price.

Lokasi hotel strategik. Will stay at the hotel once again if I come back into the town.

Hang Tuah to Bukit Bintang 2 Stations Monorail, Hang Tuah to SentralKL direct Line. Very comfortable.
