Just normal....................

The bathroom was dirty, with lots of tiny cockroaches, the towels weren't white anymore, the room was too dark and there was no outside light at all, the pillows smelled a bit... There was no hot water kettle. The area around the hotel was also not well maintained and it was difficult to find food nearby.

The staff was friendly and the service was good. However, I felt the rooms could be cleaner, as the one I stayed in had water stains on the floor and baby cockroaches.

The TV remote is always dead, the toilet button is broken, the bathroom is poorly maintained, and the bed is covered in a thick layer of dust. I've stayed here many times, but the same problems always persist.

Friendly staff, not bad for a budget hotel

I stayed at this hotel for five days and had a generally positive experience. Compared to other hotels, I found the room to be quite spacious, which made my stay more comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. They were especially helpful in accommodating my request for a room with a window. They took the time to show me several room options so I could choose the one that suited me best, which I really appreciated. The air conditioner worked well throughout my stay, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room every day. However, I think the washroom could use some upgrades. In particular, the sink and toilet seemed to have stains that didn’t come off, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Overall, I enjoyed my stay thanks to the excellent service, but improvements to the washroom would make the experience even better.

The lobby looked nice, dimly lit, and had comfortable sofas. The lights in the room were too dim, and the room was spacious, but unfortunately, it was very dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bedside table and the lamp were covered in dust. The toilet was very dirty, the towels smelled musty, and the elevator also had an unpleasant odor. The receptionist and security staff were very friendly and helpful.
