We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights at this hotel and truly enjoyed our holiday here. All of the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay, especially Mr. Satria Wiguna, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and felt that it was a great place to stay during our holiday. The location is also very strategic, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Good place for transit and rest. The room equipment is a bit old, such as the electric kettle; it cannot turn off automatically and needs to have the lever lifted. The bathroom sink was leaking, but it was settled soon. The water is a bit salty. Breakfast also varies and is tasty. Overall, this place is value for money.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, with a fast check-in process and a strategic location close to the Krisna souvenir center. Online vehicle booking was also easy, and the location was convenient. The restaurant was clean and comfortable with a varied menu. There's a swimming pool with beautiful views.

I stayed at Atanaya Hotel from 29–30 July 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. One of its biggest advantages is the location. It’s right next to Krisna Oleh-Oleh, making it very convenient for souvenir shopping, and there are also several excellent restaurants and local food options within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing, making it a great place to stay whether you’re visiting Bali for business or a holiday. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Atanaya Hotel again the next time I visit Bali. Highly recommended!

Overall, this hotel is pleasant considering the price/cost charged. My advice is not to trust social media reviews (tiktok, reels, IG, etc.) too much, as they can lead to over-expectations. That might be what you feel if you stay here. The room is okay, clean, and spacious (because we chose the 3-bed one). The service is good, friendly, and responsive. However, if you expect service like a 4-star hotel, especially regarding breakfast offerings, it hasn't shown that yet, considering the variety of food served; it still needs improvement. Facilities need refurbishment in some areas, like the restaurant, public service area, parking lot, etc. But again, for a budget hotel, it seems okay, acceptable. But once again, feel free to visit. Affordable in price, in my opinion.
