The Vouk Supposed To Have 3 Start Rather Than 4/5 Hotel Or Resort Stay For 2 Night ... The Hotel Is Good , What Need To Improve : 1. I Need To Wait 1 Hour For Check In Because The Room Wasnt Ready 2. Extra 45 Minutes To Get My Luggage Deliver to The Room 3. The Food Have No Many Option,and Some Items Is Out Of Stock ( They Need Refill Several Times ) 4. Maybe Because The Number of Staff is Smalll, It Takes A Time For Them To Clean Our Room , Its a 3-4 Pm and we need to call Them First

Overall good service. The room has a balcony which unfortunately is not maintained and needs repair on the railing and divider. According to the information, the hotel is currently being repaired. The pool water is not clear. The lighting for access to the elevator is lacking, especially the basement, so it seems scary

Overall the place is comfortable, the breakfast is also varied. It's just that the location is a bit far from everywhere.. The "Bali" vibe is lacking considering it's not as crowded as in the Kuta area etc.

Friendly staff, request for honeymoon set up. Able to check out a few minute late

for the cleanliness of the room, especially the sofa part, please vacuum it because I feel dusty and itchy while sitting there, the rest is GOOD for the cleanliness and the rest, I will come back.🙂
