I really like the room, oh my gosh, I ordered the Smart Loft Twin Bed. The room is really beautiful, clean, fully equipped (lacking in the lack of slippers). But note that the shower doesn't have hot water :( But overall it's good. If I have a business trip to Bandung, I want to come here again.

Overall, I'm very satisfied, with a good value for money. The location is comfortable and the price is affordable. For those looking for a short stay, this hotel is highly recommended.

Very nice and comfortable for a holiday in downtown Bandung

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are all clean and very comfortable. The only downside is that it's not very soundproof, it's noisy at night like they're packing, but it's safe, it only gets noisy until around 12 midnight. So far so good, I want to come back here again if I go to Bandung!! Fav 💕

Stayed in the smart mezzo room on Dec-25 and now back again. Apparently this type has several layouts. December stayed in 116, now staying in 110 and I think I prefer 116 because it is not passed by pipes that make the sound of water make your heart beat faster. I thought it was leaking or something but it turns out the sound of water passing through the pipes 🤣 The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, there is a mini showcase to put cold water, there is an air purifier, the TV is also really great. The downside is probably more the bathroom is very small, for tall people it will definitely be difficult if they need to sit on the toilet :( Once you enter the room, it feels isolated from the outside because there are no windows at all, outside noise doesn't come in but if the sound from the right and left sides there is still a little leak. If it's for resting and being alone, it's nice, no disturbance from the police. If asked, will you come back again? I want to try another room type, but even then you need to consider the price first haha

It's very strategically located, next to Indomaret, and just a short walk to Gasibu, Gedung Sate, and the Geological Museum. Even finding food is easy. Even late-night dining is easy, within walking distance.

It was a pleasant stay in the Smart Mezo room... The room was clean, with complete facilities. I'll stay here again when I go to Bandung. Recommended.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, there is tea, sugar, coffee and an electric kettle, clean towels and complete amenities, the breakfast menu is quite complete. I recommend staying here and the location is strategic in the city center.

The room was alright, you get what you paid for. The only thing that bothered me was that if the A.C. was turned on for a while, it was making these really loud sounds which bothered me. Also, there was still water in the kettle when I first came into the room, and I don't think the kettle was cleaned.

The room was clean and comfortable, the mattress was thick and soft, there was an electric kettle and mineral water as well as coffee, tea, and sugar, the bathroom was clean, only the AC leaked a bit, but it's okay.. I also recommend to my friends that if they go to Bandung, they should stay at Vio Hotel 🫠
