The hotel staff was friendly, the location was strategic, the room was a decent size, and it was clean enough, but for some reason, it felt slippery with dust (?). The room wasn't soundproof either. The breakfast was less varied and a bit cold, but still edible. Thank you for your experience 😊

The room was super aesthetic. The downside was that bathroom tissue wasn't available; you had to ask for it. There weren't any toothbrushes, either, but since you brought your own, that's fine. Breakfast was minimal, but within budget.

The Wi-Fi was fast, but the room didn't seem soundproof (you could hear noise from outside). The room was clean, and check-in was quick. The hot water wasn't very consistent either.

The breakfast food wasn't very tasty; the fried rice noodles and puyunghai were salty. However, the fruit, coffee, and bread with jam were delicious and there was a wide selection. The room was nice, the bathroom was nice, and the service was friendly.

I stayed here alone in April 2025 because there was a fun run event. And on Sundays there was a morning market around the hotel. Finally, on June 20-21, 2026, I managed to invite my beloved mother to stay here. I was a bit confused about downgrading from the smart mezzo room because there were several stairs leading to the room. I was worried about my elderly mother. But when I arrived at the hotel, the lady on duty on June 20, 2026, around 11:30 - 12:30 was very friendly, allowing me to look around first. In the end, I didn't downgrade. The design is unique, clean, and complete. The main thing is that the location is close to Gazibu and Gedung Sate. Awesome.

Close to Gasibu, the park, and lots of street food at night. I'd already stayed for two nights and wanted to extend for another night. After booking, I chose the wrong room type, and ended up having to move to a different room. So I packed, and the hotel staff helped me move my things because I had other things to do.

It's close to Gasibu, and my husband loves it. The TV is also a Smart TV. There are loads of snacks at night, and it's close to a park for the kids.

It was a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, nice, and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room wasn't soundproof at all; even the sound of the lights turning on in the next room was clearly audible. The sound of someone calling in the next room was also very audible. It's not ideal for a staycation where you can relax in your room. It's a shame, as the price isn't cheap, but the room quality is so poor.

For the sink, please check it first because there is something that is not flowing smoothly, it is a bit clogged.
