The staff are friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out.

The room was okay, the location was okay, but the breakfast menu lacked variety. I stayed there for six days, and the breakfast menu was the same.

Fast check-in. Friendly staff. Strategic location near the train station, bus terminal, Central Market, etc. Only the breakfast menu doesn't change.

It's great because it's close to public transportation and places to eat, some of which are open 24 hours.

All the hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the TV worked, the shower was okay, easy access to the Pasar Seni LRT (just a short walk), lots of legendary food around the hotel, close to Central Market and Petaling Street. It was a pleasure!

The queen bed was smaller than usual, and the bathroom pipe was leaking. The AC was too cold and couldn't be turned down.

We just stayed here for a couple of hours and needed to go to the airport early morning. The place is quite good, and there are a lot of tourist destinations around here that you can just walk to. So, a lot of people come to this area till midnight, and the train line makes a noise, so it's a little hard to fall asleep. If you like the surrounding like this, it may be a fit for you, but if you have kids and seniors with you, maybe you can find another property with a little calmer surrounding.

The hotel is strategically located near shopping and culinary destinations like Central Market and Petaling Street. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage before and after check-in. Behind the hotel is the Pasar Seni bus terminal and LRT station. If we return, we'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very strategic, and the price includes breakfast. The room is very comfortable. The staff is also friendly. I checked out right at 12 noon and was still allowed to take my belongings from the room.

As good as expected. I paid approximately 35 Euro per night and had 2 nights. Spacious room and great spring bed, with a money-safe and cooler for food. The bathroom is okay and could be better cleaned, but it is okay for Southeast Asia. Because of the train sound and the aircon and fans, it was a bit noisy in room 1014 on the 10th floor. Breakfast was like at a factory canteen, but at least it was a kind of buffet with toast, nasi goreng, mie goreng, or spaghetti, porridge, coffee, tea, milk, pudding/cake, and a slice of fruit. The tables were not cleaned often, so there were lots of dirty plates and the tables and floor had stains. I know something about hotels in S-E-A, for me I would give it a good 7.5 out of 10.

Good location near Art Market, China Town, monorail... Rooms are a bit small and breakfast variety is limited.

The lobby is nice and clean. The area is close to restaurants and walking trails. The staff is friendly.

Recommended hotel. This hotel is located right under the LRT Shelter, so it's quick and easy to get from KL Sentral to Pasar Seni. Get off the hotel directly below. It's close, just a 10-minute walk. It's also within 10 minutes of Central Market and Petaling Street. There's also a minimarket and many shops in front of the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The receptionist is also friendly. The hotel is cleaned every two days, and linens are changed every five days.

Our stay in Travelodge is nice. The room is spacious for our 2 medium-size carriers, but one of my problems is the cleaning. On our 2nd day, we requested a room clean-up prior to going outside, and upon arriving, trashes were still in the room. Thankfully, there was a housekeeping cleaning the room beside us, so I did request trash cleaning. Kinda had a problem with a water heater. The heat is not consistent and required a lot of adjustment during the bath. Water may come out too hot or too cold. Notice little insect bites on my body the next day :( and saw a small insect on my pillow. Not sure if my bed is the only one infected. Room needs a thorough deep clean. We stayed at room 410.

Close to transportation and easy access to food thanks to the culinary center. You can easily go anywhere, right in the heart of KL.

Nice experience, and strategic location. There is 24 hours laundry in front of the hotel with affordable price.
