I asked to move the room because it was too high on the floor. 3. they say hotel rooms are full. Even though I see lots of empty rooms. They lied to me.

The atmosphere is quite comfortable and clean, for breakfast rather disappointing fried rice is served cold and has no taste.

The clerk was not friendly, 5 days the sheets were not replaced, the toothbrush and medicine and soap were not given. When most officers do not check the room so that accusing guests bring hotel towels even though the towels are in the closet in the room. The receptionist service was very friendly, the hotel was clean. His staff is deft. Pool is nice and clean, Highly recommended for those who want to vacation with family. Distance 5/6 minutes (on foot) towards Kuta beach. For those who bring a car I suggest entering via the road. brand-new stronghold, then enter the alley in front of the minimart. Because if you follow through Google maps, it will be directed directly to the crackle alley (not enough for the car to enter).

I ordered 4 people in 1 room, and got 2 standard rooms on the grounds that they are not available. The room is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, pretty noisy.

the service dropped dramatically ... i came here februari masi good ... mid-december directly again order 4 mlm .. sorry, because it's not as good as before ... breakfast no fruit, the staff are not friendly, ignorant ... customers in consider the wind then ... said there is no life in this hotel ... Alhamdulillah, the children at home here are very comfortable, at a low price, they can get bathtub, toilet, and swimming pool facilities. Come here again next time, thank you.
