The location is very strategic, being in the city center. Transportation is also easy with online taxis. Room cleanliness is good, but comfort needs attention. On Sunday morning (around 10:00), there were repairs in another room, and the noise was very disturbing. I contacted reception, but nothing changed. Breakfast was quite varied, but 90% of the food served was bland. Around 8:00-9:00, much of the food was gone, even though many guests were still arriving, and it wasn't refilled quickly. Clean plates and glasses were also poorly provided. Additional drink orders (besides black coffee and tea) were also very slow to be processed. The waiters' product knowledge needs to be improved. The swimming pool is very nice, with its infinity pool concept and stunning views. There is also a mini playground and a children's pool. However, the changing rooms need to be enlarged. They are very small and lack sufficient space, especially for those wearing the hijab, as when the door is opened, people outside can see into the changing rooms.

Room Comfort and Noise We sincerely apologize once again for the significant noise disruption from room maintenance on Sunday morning (around 10:00 AM). We have immediately reviewed our maintenance procedures and scheduling to ensure that any potentially noisy activities are conducted outside of guest resting hours. 2. Breakfast Experience We are deeply sorry to hear that the quality of the food taste (blandness), the availability of food items that ran out quickly, and the speed of service from our F&B team were unsatisfactory. We also noted the difficulties you experienced in getting clean plates, glasses, and refills of beverages (other than coffee/tea). Your feedback regarding the quality and product knowledge of our servers has been directly communicated to our Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager for immediate review and rectification. We are committed to serving dishes with consistent flavor and ensuring prompt, attentive service. 3. Pool Facilities and Changing Room Thank you for your suggestion regarding the changing room in the pool area, which needs to be enlarged and have its privacy guaranteed, especially for our veiled guests. We will immediately evaluate the design and door placement of the changing room to enhance comfort and privacy for all guests. The service regarding towels was somewhat disappointing.
