accompanying my husband on out-of-town business plus happy wedding anniversary. There were a few obstacles actually, but it's okay, resolved by the humble staff. Bang Jhon from housekeeping, Nazilla, Kak Yudi Lubis, Kak Danil, Mrs. Fitri, Mr. Amru & Kak Hendrawan. Thank you for the good & comfortable service. For the FO team, please coordinate, cross-check guest bookings & good communication with guests & the team. Because the nature of the guests is different. Some immediately reprimand & some wait for your initiative after asking the same question several times, actually the guest wants you to cross-check the things asked, from bookings, additional requests etc... Booking means available rooms. For FB products, we are spoiled by a varied menu, humble staff, buryam uenaaak my last dinner menu at the restaurant, @swimming pool & gym are also comfortable, olga is really good while for the trip, we were accompanied by good staff & understand tourist attractions. top markotop deh 😀❤️. When checking out there were 2 beautiful FO women that I liked, humble and gave input on souvenir centers & tourist areas that are booming. Thank you to all of you

It is soo worth the price. The room is cozy and spacious. Breakfast is also good, many varieties, and the taste is good. Amenities are also provided well. 10 out of 10 for me.

I ordered a non-smoking room last month. I got a smoking room. The smell was awful even though it was sprayed.

Everything is good, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, the lobby smells good... I want to stay here again if I go to Medan.

It's a nice hotel for a four-star hotel with a comfort room & nice facilities. It will be my favorite hotel for my next business trip.

The rooms and food have improved since I stayed there a few years ago.
