Bed lamp, ceiling lamps not function, very bad bed lighting. Not hot water in shower. The furniture not in follow orders, messy and dirty.

The room that given to us different size with the room that we booked. The air conditioner dropped waters. There are no water drink.

All the staff are not kind. Never smile or humble. They just put angry face.

When I booked the hotel said that there were no rooms available. No overnight stay at the hotel. Finally I looked for another hotel that cost much more. And I suffered a big loss.

The worst hotel I had been. Reception not friendly. Room so smelly. Bed dirty.

Room is nice and the staff are friendly, location also strategic not too far from public places.

Like the other review, check-in included a long time. Strategic location, close to everywhere. Toilets set not prepared as written on traveloka, towels should be requested. Breakfast is very bad, must be asked really, promise at 9 am, but the reality is by far. Quite disappointing
