When I arrived at the front desk, there were two receptionists. At first, one seemed to be serving another guest who was already finished, then made eye contact with me, as if inviting me to be served next. When I was about to go forward, it turned out the previous guest hadn't finished their transaction. So I waited again. There weren't enough chairs in the lobby, so I had to wait standing. Then I was served by the other receptionist. When I booked on the app, it had said to request a connecting room. But it turned out there weren't any available. There was a smoking room. I had no choice but to take it because I was on vacation with my family, but I had to ask for disinfectant and air freshener to reduce the smell of cigarettes.
When I entered the room, the AC wasn't cooling. I complained to the receptionist and was told to wait 30 minutes. Luckily, the person in the first room doesn't like the cold so even though the AC was set to 18 degrees, the temperature was like 24 degrees. We stayed for two nights. On the second day, we asked for a makeover in the room, but they didn't provide a bath mat. We asked the front desk for a change, but it wasn't given until we checked out. No problem.
Then at breakfast, there was a small cockroach on a pile of plates and an ant in the soy sauce bowl at the porridge stand. Luckily, the chef was there, so I immediately asked him for a replacement. The food tasted average, nothing special.
Overall, I stayed here so-so because it's right next door to the Java Mall, so you can take your kids there to avoid tantrums, just walk.
