Have stayed here many times, the service is really good.

We were staying here two years ago and we were happy with the property, that's why we booked this time again. Surprisingly, there has been so much downgrading in the toilet area: leaking roof toilet, toilet paper given one by one in a very thin roll. Even though we actually stayed for like a week, we needed to ask for toilet paper daily, which I don't know why they give a very thin roll 🫠. Very unpleasant, moldy in mostly toilet water seal. It's time to put new silicone with anti-mold, I guess. The washbasin looks very weird where the bench is really wide and it's hard to reach the water tap from the basin while I brush my teeth.

The receptionist was friendly and responded quickly to problems, for example the power went out due to the use of a hair dryer.

Choose a king-size bed, which includes a sofa and a desk. The room is very spacious for this price, perfect for a staycation with kids. The staff is also friendly, and when I asked to go back to the room to check for a lost wallet, they were very helpful.

Everything was okay except the bed in room 929, the bed needed to be replaced, sleeping was uncomfortable because the bed springs were uneven and concave in the middle, making it look like it had sunk in.

It was a pleasant stay at Atria Residences Gading Serpong, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast menu was varied and delicious.

Spacious rooms, fast service, treadmills, delicious and ample breakfast, beautiful surroundings, easy access to Summarecon Mall. It's great.

The mattress has been uncomfortable for a while now... The room smells unpleasant, especially the toilet. The advantage is its proximity to Sumarecon Mall and a varied breakfast menu.

The location is very strategic, just a 10-minute walk to the mall. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment. The room was clean, the AC was cool, the bed was comfortable, and the price was affordable. Overall, it was okay.
