At first I was hesitant to book because the reviews were a bit less encouraging. After trying it myself, it turned out to be a mistake..overall the accommodation here is very satisfactory. Clean rooms, clean toilets, clean pillows and mattresses, comparable to a 5 star hotel..this room is very suitable for bringing families and children. Only there is no bell boy service to carry things. But a trolley is still provided. Please improve the maintenance of the swimming pool. The water quality in the pool seems to be unmaintained. The food during breakfast is simple, but delicious..quite good for a 3 star hotel. Thank you for great hospitality..

Good accommodation and facilities

Hotel in the city center, easy to get facilities... Check in, check out is ok... Parking is ok, easy to get to the hotel area.... Room is ok, TV is not very clear, bathroom has a damp, stagnant water pipe, considering that I only stayed there yesterday.

everything is ok, recommended only the swimming pool is not friendly for children only for adults only

big room. but spring bed is old. must pay tourist 10RM/room/night and have to add Melaka heritage charge 8RM/room/night. same as the room price is very expensive compared to renting a better room with other hotel competitors.

Need to take a car around 5 minutes to arrive at the main attraction of Melaka. Breakfast is quite economic with less variety, but the price for in-room service is quite affordable. Overall, I love the room space and it's clean. For info, the elevator would be wet due to those swimming not drying before getting in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking area within the hotel's property.

Worst experience. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. The bathroom was not clean as well. The swimming pool was dirty. Will never repeat again.
