I think it's a strategically located hotel. All the staff are friendly, and the room I chose was very spacious, so I didn't have to feel cramped with my luggage... and the price was affordable.

The room is quite spacious... although the building is not very clean.

This is my fourth stay here. I've tried all the room types and have been very pleased. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but the rooms are quite spacious. It's great for bringing kids. And the swimming pool is quite large and beautiful.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. But today we just got a notification that was sent when we were already home, not when checking out. If we were charged a fine of 250 thousand for dirtying the sheets. Even though it was just a regular brown stain that was easy to remove. There is no written rule that states this. Especially in the rules that I signed when checking in. At the beginning when checking in there was no verbal or written notification that a fine would be imposed for dirtying the sheets. 2 times we went there before, we definitely left food stains because we brought children and there was no notification whatsoever. Please follow up on the hotel management and clear up matters regarding fines that are not written like this and are suddenly conveyed to customers when they have finished checking out.. Thank you and apologize

the room seems to be lacking maintenance. many floors are damaged, many wall paints are peeling, the inside bathroom door is damaged, there is moss on the balcony where the AC drips. but the cleanliness of the room, sheets, towels are quite okay and clean. the staff service is also okay.
