What hotel is fined 100 IDR for checking out just 1 hour late? It doesn't make sense.

Great, worth the price.

The shower drain is slow (very slow—it seems like water conservation). Unlike the sink. The sink drain is clogged/stuck.

The reception staff was friendly, but the service to the room was slow. We got a room that was still dirty, and we called to have it cleaned. We waited a very long time, about 2 hours, before a waiter came and said we should move rooms. But they didn't give us a key, so we finally went down to the reception again. The swimming pool is still nice, but the bathroom and changing room are very inadequate, very dirty and damaged. The room is nice 👍 The elevator at the back was not working, so we had difficulty accessing it, having to walk to the elevator at the front which was very far.
