Pembayaran tempahan saya telah berjaya. Bila hendak mendaftar masuk petugas hotel memberitahu yang hotel telah penuh tapi pembayaran saya telah di buat.

the room were taken by others on a first come first serve basis. I was offered a bigger room and it cost extra and the hotel receptionist feign ignorance saying they do not have access to booking hence no reservations given to my booking though I have paid in advance. I was given another room at another hotel named seri rawang also known as star rawang and room condition is not satisfactory. a lot of sudden knocking coming from the wall and ceiling in the middle of the night and it's loud to cause a sudden fright

Room ok. congratulations. service is ok. There is a direction of the Qiblah. Good. Totally ok.

The location on waze and google maps doesn't lead to the hotel. I've spent one hour just to look for the hotel. Ask for help from front desk but the receptionist only able to give address.

Ok a lot cleaner. All is ok.
