The wall was not soundproof, as the area get alive at night, the noise actually kept me up often at night.

No lift, need to use stairs 💪. Room comfortable. Toilet nice and clean. Staff good and friendly. Just call and ask the iron, they send to room. Good good good

Inside the room have cockroaches on the bed, the rooms semlly and when we open the tap of the basin the water come out is yellow colour so we direct check out on the same day and the receptionist are always not around the receptionist counter so we must wait/asked somebody to help us to call them first.

The staff was helpful, however, the cleanliness of the room should be taken care seriously. The pillow was yellowish. The toilet bowl was dirty and the towel had red colour stain on it.

Just nice but not really comfort.

The staff is really noisy. Mondar bathing in front of the midnight booth hordes of foreign tourists. making sleep difficult. sorry for boking 3 days.

Not friendly receptionist.very rigid about checkout time at 12 although we checked in super late,by midnight on the day before.and yeah and the best part, met with cockroaches. Heater water is too slow n too hot.lift needs attention n dangerous for kids as it closes too soon before we could enter or exit the lift.the only good thing was the cold aircond i suppose.
