Check-in time may have been due to an event at the hotel. I arrived past 3pm but the room wasn't ready yet, they said it was still being cleaned and prepared. So I waited for about 30 minutes. However, when I got to the room, the cups and coffee area in the room were very dusty. Then, the sofa area in the room, even though it was a non-smoking room, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the sofa in the room had many holes from cigarette splashes and lots of stains, so in a class like Accor Group, things like that are not well thought out. For breakfast, there wasn't much variety, and it was very standard for a 4-star hotel in the class of Accor Group. Hopefully it will be improved in the future. Thank you.

The location is very close to the airport, the service is friendly and very helpful, unfortunately the AC in the room is not cold enough, the door is a bit difficult to close, the water heater is a bit faulty.

Good location, but the room has a lot of mosquitoes. Please, Novotel usually doesn't make mistakes like that. Hopefully, in the near future, I can stay there again and the room can be free of mosquitoes.

Almost everything was fine. My last stay was 10 years ago. It was a bit difficult to find directions to our room, which was located downstairs near the pool, and the path was a bit hidden. I found the food to be lacking in variety.

The towels are no longer suitable, they need to be replaced with new ones. How come the towels and footwear are the same color and dullness, I go to Banjarmasin every year for Eid, there is no change... The towels are worn out and have no fragrance, luckily I brought my own towels, because of experience from previous years, I thought they had been replaced with new ones. Please, improve the quality again.

Staying at this hotel was very pleasant, the kids really enjoyed swimming in the clean pool, it is very close to the airport, you can buy food online using the app, there is a delivery service to the airport at 11 am. The room was very comfortable for resting, and we didn't try breakfast at the hotel. The lobby is spacious and clean, perhaps the lobby area could be cooler (perhaps because yesterday's weather was a bit hot). Highly recommended to return to Novotel.
