I really like this hotel. It's located right next to Bencoolen MRT station exit A, so you don't have to walk far or get caught in the rain. There's a mosque in front of the hotel. Next to the mosque is a Padang restaurant, which is very safe for Indonesians. A money changer is right next to the hotel door. Bencoolen Street is very quiet, not crowded, but there are lots of transportation points, bus stops, and MRT stations. There are many convenience stores, and in the blocks near the hotel there are also many coffee shops and comfortable places to eat. The cleanliness is extraordinary. We stayed in a family room for 4 nights until June 26th, and our room was cleaned every day when we left the hotel. All towels were changed, coffee, tea, even tissues and bathroom amenities. Very cool. The service was very friendly, both receptionists were very helpful, the doorman was always smiling, even the cleaning service asked if we needed clean towels when passing by our room. Definitely will be back every time we go to Singapore. Keep up the excellence, V Bencoolen!
