There's a bidet, and free drinking water, even if you want 1000ml. The staff are all friendly, and it's close to the MRT and Sevel. The kids get special treatment, which is really nice. Will definitely be back! ❤️

Left: Seven, right: MRT, in front of the mosque. The children were given candy and snacks. All their luggage was carried to their rooms. All the staff were very friendly. You could leave your luggage after checking out. Overall, everything was great!!! 💕

Please clean the rooms and improve the soundproofing of the walls. The staff are unfriendly. My breakfast lacks variety and always has the same menu. The tap water for drinking is very low and occasionally cuts out. Combs and cotton buds are not provided. The TV channels often have errors and turn off automatically. Please be aware, thanks.

I'm so happy staying here. The distance to the MRT is close, and there are lots of places to eat for breakfast or places that are open until late at night. Because I brought my baby, I had to buy a few things and there's a supermarket at The Cathay near V Hotel Bencoolen. The staff are also very friendly, they offered us a city view room. I asked for an early check-in and that was okay too. Overall I'm really satisfied, and I'll definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at V Hotel Bencoolen! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They immediately helped us with our luggage, and even offered us an early check-in without us asking for it. The hotel also has a self-service laundry, which was very convenient. The instructions were clear, and the staff patiently explained how to use the machines. The location is excellent—only about a 1-minute walk from the MRT station. The area is not too crowded, making it comfortable to get around. There is an Anywheel bike station right in front of the hotel, a 7-Eleven next door, and a food court just beside it with plenty of delicious comfort food. Don't miss the Pao Fan—it was so good! What impressed me the most was their exceptional service after we had already checked out. I had a Taobao parcel that unfortunately arrived after my departure. I contacted the hotel from Indonesia, and they were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. They promptly replied to all my emails, printed the airway bill for me, attached it to the parcel, labeled it as requested, and even helped hand the package over to the SingPost courier. They truly went above and beyond to help me. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, patience, and outstanding hospitality. The service was absolutely top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Singapore!
