The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kota Bharu. I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel.

Same as my previous review. All wonderful.

We chose Executive Twin Bedroom. The twin bed could accomodate our family of 5 (3 underage kids) fairly comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfy. Good lighting. Spacious room. Strong water pressure in the bathroom. Nice hot and cold water. We just stayed in the room the whole day because we were not feeling very well and we made the right decision staying at this hotel. Breakfast was also good in terms of variety and taste. We also decided to extend another night so we booked another night separately right after through traveloka.

For the price not worth it. Stayed for two nights and both nights gave me itchiness and the room was so dark no sunlight coming in. Basically its an old hotel. Don't mind the location though. Wouldn't want to stay again

Everytime we went to KB, we choose to stay in Grand Renai Hotel. Spacing room & breakfast delicious.

Good location, comfortable bed, cleanliness is satisfactory, the decoration is modern. This hotel had been newly refurbished. Good variety and tasty breakfast. Had a free upgrade to club floor at level 20 as other rooms were fully booked. Will definitely book this hotel again if I m in town.

The breakfast food are tasty & variety. I like very much croissant, roti kacang pool, and other foods. All tasty.

Overall it was an awesome experience but, management should upgrade or repair some facilities such as the room's carpet & swimming pool facilities.

This hotel is quite old, but the service standard is the best in Kot Bharu. We love the charmy and helful staffs, great food for the restaurant.

Overall, we have a tremendous stay. The only thing the hotel management to improve is the room service meals. The food taste and presentation didn't match the price. Need to act on it immediately. Thanks.
