Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms close to eateries and convenience stores, very helpful staff.

The hotel is old. Wifi extremely love can not be used

Breakfast provided is very satisfying as there are many types of food.

We booked for one deluxe bedroom and all we got was twin-bed room, we complaint to receptionist and she was underestimating this problem by saying no room left and didn't say sorry at all! The room looks creepy and dirty, no bin at all, old tv and very limited channels (around 5-8 only). I would not recommend people to come here by any reason. For your godness sake, there are lots of hotel around here beside empress which worth your money.

The hotel is pretty good, just don't take the morning flight because if you don't use grab, you can't go to the airport, you can't even take cash. Luckily yesterday was assisted by one of the male employees there. Note that there is one employee whose blond hair is not communicative, and does not want to help at all, I forget the name. What a clear blonde hair guy. Do not care at all at guests. Please reprimand or repair.

Front desk not so welcoming. Connecting rooms are acceptable, however our non-smoking room filled with cigarette smell. Poor breakfast menu, most trays are empty, almost nothing to eat. Food are tasteless & coffee is depressing. Just a place to sleep, that's all.

I chose to stay here because it was close to the Sepang circuit. My family and I feel very comfortable. Rooms are spacious enough. Complete facilities, hopefully next year can stay at this hotel again.

Great hotels actually, but my heater not works so well and looks so old. Restaurant nears of it really great and cheap, nice tom yum. And pretty good breakfast

Security very very poor. The access card giving me a lot of problems. Either can't lock or can't open the door since I check in. Already complaint but the problem keep arising until now.🤯😤. Cleanliness very poor. Bedsheet didn't change since I check in & got dirt mark on it.😠😡

The room was dusty and there was no air conditioning and no way to stop the air conditioning, leaving my room too cold. my kids and I had a fever because it was a very cold night's sleep.

It's good for transit customer

The hotel is indeed good, but the atmosphere in the hallway going to the room is dimly lit so it makes it a bit spooky and in the room also I can't sleep because there is an impression. Plus the hotel is very quiet as it is rarely visited by people. Not recommended to come here.

The area is quite extensive, not too far to go to the airport. This is my second stay at this hotel. Thank you Traveloka.

Suitable for transit, there is a shuttle car to KLIA / KLIA2 with friendly rates per passenger, spacious rooms, soft mattresses, hotel buildings seem to be old so it looks rather dim, other facilities are okay, staff are friendly and can welcome drinks.

Stay was fine. AC serious problem. Can't feel the gas and you can't control the fan speed at all. You will have bit problem during sleeping. Given 10th floors. Basement parking provided but no attached elevator at direct lift. Overall was okay but not worthy to invest.

Air conditioning for all central rooms, so it cannot regulate its own temperature, and it is not cold at all, even when we leave at dawn the lobby does not turn on the air conditioner.

Recomended, comfort, good service.
