Experience staying for 2 days, initially just for a day because it was so nice and comfortable, then continued ☺️☺️☺️👍

The place is clean comfortable. the service is friendly and fulfills all needs. Near to go anywhere. The drawback is that I stayed 5 nights unfortunately I didn't get an additional spa bonus because of the pandemic. there should be a substitute. Sugar sachets are less and less balanced with the tea and coffee provided. And the difficulty of communication to clean the room, because there is no telephone. There is a note paper but every time I leave it on the outside table it is not read. You have to say every day to clean it, otherwise it's not cleaned.

Pleasant experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, quiet, good for rest.

The place is great, service was excellent (friendly staffs even the General Manager come to see us; beautiful honeymoon setup) more than we could expected. We stayed in one bedroom villa with private pool, we love it! Definitely will come back when we visit Bali some other time

There is a factory or maybe something nearby my villa, anyway overall it's good!!
