Good service, there was a slight problem with the AC due to a leak. I reported it, and it was immediately fixed. But it turned out it was still leaking, but not as much as before it was fixed.

The location is good for those who want to stay overnight and travel around Setiabudi / Sukajadi / Sarijadi. Access to the Pasteur toll road is also quite easy, although there will definitely be traffic jams in front of the Maranatha campus. Overall it's okay

Room 273 was damp, many walls were peeling under the part near the TV, the sheets were dirty, the hot water wasn't hot, there were small animals.

The hotel room was uncomfortable. The mattress was dirty. The curtains were dirty. The chair cloth was dirty, with holes. It looked like it was rarely cleaned. The walls of the room were already splotchy. There was black mold on the roof. The bathroom smelled bad. This is the first time I've had a hotel with a "really bad" room. Sorry, but that's just the way it is.

The bathroom facilities were poor, the drains were stagnant because of the hair covering them.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is strategic, only access must use private vehicles or use online transportation. Just a suggestion, for the room I occupied, the bathroom lock was broken, so yesterday the key could not be used.

alhamdulillah finally stayed at a collective hotel. unfortunately the room is small space for praying is a bit tight. 😍 the rest is okay.
