Many of the room's amenities were damaged. The bathroom was dirty. The shower was broken, almost coming off the shower head. The room leaked, making noise. The only beverages provided were creamer. The white towels were turning dark. The pillows were hard.

Hi, Max One is okay. The location is strategic, close to everything. Unfortunately, the breakfast isn't very tasty, and sometimes the fruit has an onion flavor. Maybe the knives aren't very clean. As for the room cleanliness, they often don't provide tissues. The pool, however, is okay, and the view is beautiful.

The hotel's location is strategic, as it's right on the main road. Sidewalk Mall Jimbaran is within walking distance. Several beaches in Uluwatu are also within easy reach. Dining out is also convenient, as there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The only downside is the traffic jams on the main road to Uluwatu. Recommended, and the price is appropriate for its class. ✔️

I booked during a promo from the app, but initially, upon check-in, there was a difference between the room I was given and the booking voucher. Thankfully, after confirmation, I was able to immediately get the room I originally booked. Although there was a bit of a wait, the beautiful view from the rooftop cafe made the wait almost unbearable. If I go to Bali again, I plan to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the building is a bit under-maintained, but it's still a recommended place to stay.

The staff is very quick to respond to guest complaints and difficulties. It's great, but you just have to be extra patient if you want to get out, as the traffic is really tight.

It's perfect for bringing parents and family. Kids love the view from the 7th floor and the swimming pool. The elevator is really helpful for parents.

The assistant was a male staff member who helped me rent a motorbike after I'd tried calling several rental companies but none were willing to rent daily. The security guard was less than helpful upon arrival, refusing to help me with my luggage even though I saw I was carrying a baby.

The staff and security were very unfriendly. They wouldn't help us unload our luggage from the car, just watched us struggle. The bathroom was a bit dirty and had brown stains. It was a bit noisy. It needs renovation.

An affordable hotel option close to GWK. It also has a balcony, so it's perfect for a morning nap with the beach view.

Sorry, I have to give an honest review. The service was less than responsive, room service couldn't be reached, and the bathroom lights flickered, which was a bit annoying.

It's great if you want to go to GWK. It's close. I suggest buying GWK tickets the day before.

Food is lacking, the Rp. 42,000 chocolate ice tastes like Indomilk.

The room was a bit damp, stuffy, and the towels were musty. I stayed for two days and the room wasn't cleaned, even though I'd been there all day for an event. I returned and it still hadn't been cleaned, even though I'd already requested a cleaning at reception. Hmm, not recommended.

Stayed at MaxOne Bukit Jimbaran for one night and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. My favorite part was definitely the rooftop. There’s a swimming pool with an amazing city view at night, and you can also see the runway at Ngurah Rai Airport, making it a great spot to watch planes take off and land. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options. During check-in, I was assisted by a staff member who was still a trainee. Honestly, I couldn’t even tell at first because the service was so smooth, friendly, and professional. It really shows that the management does an excellent job of training and supporting their staff, including their trainees. Great job to the entire MaxOne Bukit Jimbaran team! Keep up the excellent work. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was comfortable, but the food was lacking in flavor. The chicken tasted like it had been re-cooked yesterday, making it tough.

Hotel is great, good room and facilities, good location and good food. Pool on the highest floor gives a good panorama.

Enjoyed the room with its Jimbaran view, with good water pressure and good hot/cold water. The TV channels were clear. The only problem was that the sink spout handle was loose, so you had to be careful. Ask the chief engineer to come down to the room and have the HK SPV check to ensure excellent guest service is provided.

The linen towels were worn out. The Wi-Fi in the room was slow. The TV wasn't smart. The phone courtesy service was rude. Great location. Rooftop pool.
