Book two rooms, one is pretty clean, the other room is a leaky sink, dirty water, stuffy room, the room is rich in old leaking damp, the room smells bad, just super unsatisfactory.

The receptionist was friendly, I checked-in and was welcomed and assisted by Ms. Devi, booked a room through Traveloka, coincidentally the price of the room was different if you came straight away, the room was also comfortable I happened to get room 405 with a view to the road, check-out was also assisted with Sis Tiwi.

There is no power outlet. There is only 1 behind the TV and even if you make it to the cellphone charge, you can't watch the TV, my room is hot. In front of the door to the room in the corridor there is a leak: (((

The hotel is said to be a 4 star, but the service and facilities are a minus. Ma'am the receptionist is so dirty there is no smile. The sink is a lot of small animals like fleas. restaurant menu is not complete. room smells musty. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom. the towel is really messy. A plus: the mattress is big and the cooking is good.

The hotel is poorly maintained, the elevator is worn out, it also smells like a humid room from along the corridor to the sd room, dirty carpet, small bathroom and a black glass bathroom partition like black moldy. I stayed on the floor. 3 room 303, The outside of the room in the corridor is like something is leaking from the bathroom because the carpet is wet. This is my first and last stay.

need improvement on room and corridor cleanliness, when I first walking into the bath room, there was a dead cockroach lying on the floor and some kind of “black liquid” beside it. there was also lizard droppings (or in Indonesia you called it cicak) on the table. I didn't take a picture of it because I was too disgusted. the bath up also dirty. everything else is fine, the breakfast is fine, the room services is fine.
