Strategic location close to restaurants and other convenience stores

Only room small. Hard to find spare for praying

The hotel staff is not friendly. Maintenance poor maintenance. Very dirty bathroom. Very small room and not worthy the price. Poor cleanliness. The price is too expensive for the small and dirty room. Everything looked old and not comfortable to use. Should improve the services. But location OK easy to find food.

The receptionist was not polite, the elevator seemed to be collapsing, the room was dirty, the first day soap was not available, the second day drinking water was not provided as well as the toothbrushes in the hotel room, the room was cramped, the point was not friendly and it is not recommended for Indonesians to stay at that hotel. The worst hotel in the world. The drink that I kept in my room when I got home was half drunk by the Malaysian CS. It's better to find a hotel where the receptionist and all the employees are Indonesian because they are polite and friendly.

Dirty comfort room. Cig butts on floor. Mosquitos, aircon not so cold. Far from central. No atm machines, no money exchange. Not happy.

Nice hotel. Clean. I will return to stay if I go to the city of Enstek. The best.

This is my second time stay at sri enstek, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room small but ok, worth for the price, there's a coffee machine and teh tarik machine in the lobby for free, the most important thing, many restaurant around the hotel until late, 7/11 is just in front of the hotel and this hotel have shuttle bus to and from airport for 11rm/person, just call the hotel make appointment, they’ll pick you up at the airport, I will stay here again next time

Second time here. Will stay again. Shuttle bus to airport provided. And even have weighing scale so you can weigh your luggage first to avoid paying extra money for extra kg while flying

It's noisy, to the point where it sounds more dirty, dirty, far away. Very unhelpful when I want to borrow a prayer mat for prayer.

Very strategic for those who want to approach the airport directly. Economical price.

Only transit 1 night before continuing to the flight tomorrow morning, there is a shuttle to the airport, 11 ringgit one way / person. If you take from the airport 45 ringgit. 20 minutes between the airport and hotel. Around the hotel are many shops and restaurants. Very recommendation.

Disappointed.. I booked twin single.. But only be given single bed.. I need my refundable. Because I pay on my own by cash for given room.

Transportation fee from the airport to the hotel via shuttel bus: 22 RM / person one way, if you take a grab: 45 RM, stay in Kuala lumpur or on the BINTANG hill.

The bathroom door could not be locked, the electrical plug was not tight.

During my stay, I found juvenile cockroach and ants roaming in my room. Perhaps cleaning and pest issue is not tolerate

Best of all, kids and families are excited about it. Although the stay was only overnight they were hardly described. Thank you.

As I am on business trip to Epsom College, the location is very good because it is next to the college. Although surrounding area is very quite, but the hotel is located in the commercial area, with various eatery places including KFC, Pizza Hut as well as popular Malaysian food like nasi kandar, nasi lemak etc There are some laundry services nearby the hotel, banks, groceries (24 hours 7-11) Check-in process was efficient, room is clean, although air conditioner is facing directly to the bed No breakfast provided, however with 24 hours restaurant next to the hotel, no problem with any meal There is coffee machine (coffee and teh tarik), microwave in the lobby as well as refrigerator and water dispenser.
