Everything was good except for the cleanliness, the room cleaning was not detailed enough, the liquid soap was empty when I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights, I had to call the receptionist to refill it, this should have been anticipated when cleaning the room.

The check-in process was easy and the staff was friendly.

Food variety is not much. There is a receptionist who is not friendly because she does not provide solutions and is stubborn even though evidence has been shown.

The room felt not cold, then I was able to move to another room. It was quite cold, but there was a buzzing sound. Then the technician fixed it, and the buzzing sound was gone. The white sheets and covers were not clean. I'm not sure if they were just replaced, or maybe they were from the previous occupant.

Friendly staff, location 150 m from Simpang 5. On the left side of the hotel there is an Indomaret. Breakfast is so-so, no choice of bread. TV in the room is already Android TV, can Netflix and others. Room size is quite good, AC is cold, there are benches & sofas. Overall all good.
