I stayed here from late May to early June, and I always stay here every time I visit Pekanbaru. It's centrally located, close to everything. The neighborhood is safe, as I always jog after dawn. The room was clean, which is always my benchmark when staying. The bathroom was spotless; I always check behind the toilet when I first check in, and it was spotless. The staff was friendly, and I even asked for a late check-out because I wanted to pray Dhuhr first, and there was no additional charge.

My first stay here was quite disappointing. I got a room with no air conditioning at all and the air conditioning didn't work at all. I ended up reporting the issue and moving rooms. For the second room, for the price, I was a little disappointed because the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. Another suggestion for the room is to share at least two bottles of mineral water, as not everyone can drink and can use the public water bottle outside the room. Thank you ☺️

A very strategic hotel, close to the city center, culinary delights, and malls. I've stayed here several times. For under Rp 300,000, the facilities include a hairdryer, free amenities, daily towel changes, and the hotel maintains excellent room cleanliness. Security guards are also alert when guests are parking or leaving the hotel grounds.

During the check-in, the staff is unfriendly, the breakfast was cold and looks like leftover from suhoor. The room was clean, but the linen is a bit rough and not comfortable at all.

For a budget hotel, Monolog is our choice. It's centrally located, near the MP Mall. Online food orders also arrive quickly, thanks to its central location in Pekanbaru. Next door is Krema Cafe, which serves excellent food and coffee.
