The hotel's location is strategic, close to a shopping center. The lobby and access are very easy. Staff friendliness still needs improvement. Check-in was easy, but still requires a deposit and requires cash. Upon arrival, towels were not yet available, even though it was already 5:00 PM, and the staff explained that the towels were still being laundered. This resulted in a long wait. Staff friendliness was also lacking, with no smiles or friendly communication when providing guests with information. However, the hotel was very clean. The air conditioning also functioned well.

Always be victorious, monologue, and the quality will be even better in the future.

I used to have a nice experience in Monolog, but this time was terrible. Requested a non-smoking room, but the room was still smoky, especially inside the bathroom. No room change was offered, just staff coming to spray some air freshener. Later at night, I discovered a lot of insects inside the bathroom and near my bed. The hotel's surroundings were dark, and many brainless men were catcalling when we walked around.

The security was polite. When I was looking for a mosque for dawn prayers, they directed me to one right behind the hotel. Please replace the towels and toilet seat with new ones, as they haven't been replaced in a while. I'll check again. Thanks.

This was our second stay there. The room was clean and tidy, with good air circulation. However, the pillows and mattress in our room smelled, making it uncomfortable.

Improvement of service and room

Love the bathroom facilities, hot and flowing water, keep it up.

If the room service menu is incomplete and displayed in the room, it's better to just remove it and replace it with the real one available in the restaurant.

The rooms are quite clean, and the hot and cold water in the bathrooms are safe. As for the TV, our room didn't have an Android TV. A suggestion: provide two toothbrushes and slippers, not just one.

I stayed here from late May to early June, and I always stay here every time I visit Pekanbaru. It's centrally located, close to everything. The neighborhood is safe, as I always jog after dawn. The room was clean, which is always my benchmark when staying. The bathroom was spotless; I always check behind the toilet when I first check in, and it was spotless. The staff was friendly, and I even asked for a late check-out because I wanted to pray Dhuhr first, and there was no additional charge.

The hospitality was excellent, from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, the facilities were functioning properly, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, my stay was very satisfying ☺️

My first stay here was quite disappointing. I got a room with no air conditioning at all and the air conditioning didn't work at all. I ended up reporting the issue and moving rooms. For the second room, for the price, I was a little disappointed because the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. Another suggestion for the room is to share at least two bottles of mineral water, as not everyone can drink and can use the public water bottle outside the room. Thank you ☺️
