I used to the stay often at this hotel, as the service usually OK and without any problem. The location also quite strategic and easy to reach. Overall the stay experience for this time in April 2024 was OK, however there was some problems during my stay with the family this time. After check in, the lady at the receptionist were welcoming us and gave us 2 rooms. When we went into the rooms, we already found some problems with the rooms (this 1st room, the AC was not cold and not functioning well and feel warm, and the 2nd room, the bidet flush of the WC was not functioning. One good thing that I note when I complaint to change the room for the 1st room, the receptionist lady (name hesther if I not mistake) was very responsive and change our room with the new room and it was perfect and very kind of her, but when we want to change the second room (30 minutes after the 1st room change) the other receptionist lady was not too responsive and keep us waiting to be able to get the new room (after they checked that the room was having problem, then they change it), finally it was all OK, but for the 2nd room replacement it took too long. There are some note of suggestion. For the room status, I would suggest to be checked again with detail, so when the receptionist team assign the room to the guest, it can be guaranteed that the room is OK and without any problem and the guest can enjoy their stay accordingly. Overall stay is OK. And hope that in our next trip and stay in this hotel, the improvement will be made and The Hotel will be the preferred choice of the travelers. I shared this stories because I do care and still want to stay here and enjoy the good services that I do normally experience. Thank you for the hotel staff who already provided good service to us.
