Well, everywhere is close, specifically everything is good.

This is my second time staying here, and I always choose a hotel where cleanliness is the top priority. The bed, carpet, floor, and bathroom are all very clean. As for the room size, it depends on which type of room you choose. I really enjoy staying here. Pavilion Mall is within walking distance, and Alor Street Food is also just a short walk away, making it very convenient.

Room was cozy, room interior was great, location was strategic.

Good for family or solo trip, but only the pool is too old and not pretty.

Water closet water was rusty & I saw a small cockroach crawling in the room.

Clean and aroma like it in the city center.

The hotel is clean and just a short walk to Pavilion. It's very close, just cross the street. There's also a connecting bridge to KLCC from Pavilion, a 15-minute walk... Awesome, nice hotel, the AC in the room is also cool... Good

Excellent Okay

Overall, it's okay. Access to the Pavilion is decent, with a tunnel so it doesn't get wet in the rain. Deposit 200 MYR and return time approximately 2 weeks if using CC - as of April 2026

The apartment is really near to Pavillon Mall Bukit Bintang and KLCC Petronas Tower. The restaurant has good taste of food, but the minus is there is no washing machine in this apartment. Really amazing experience for 5 days in KL.

Always feels like home. The room feels bigger than advertised, with a bathtub, separate shower, and separate walk-in closet. So, it feels neat… (prestige room)… Obviously, it feels older than the Pavilion Hotel, but I love it because Pullman always makes us feel like we're at home.

Spent wonderful 4 nights for Eid-al-Fitr 2026 holiday at Pullman KLCC. Wonderful place, excellent location, great breakfast (if they have char kway teow on your visit, be sure to try it! Most delicious char kway teow in my life hahaha) and warm staff. Not to mention they did a beautiful arrangement for my mother’s birthday. I definitely want to come back and stay here again for my next visit at KL. Thank you!

Arriving at 12 noon, you can immediately enter the room (Accor membership seems) even though it should be at 15.00, when you enter, you are immediately assisted by a very friendly receptionist who is standing there, entering the room, oh my, it's really cozy and clean, complete, the view is really good, breakfast while looking at the city atmosphere, the food is complete and delicious, the hotel is close to everywhere, just walk, Pavilion mall, Alor, Isetan, buy souvenirs, aih, typical Malaysian and international food near this hotel, there are lots of viral crossings at Bukit Bintang, hang out at many cafes in this area, Pullman group All Accor is top, thank you Traveloka, the prices are really cool for you😘

The Pullman was okay. The bad part wasn't Pullman's fault, but the app's. The app was bad because the room type I booked on the app was different from the one at Pullman (apparently the app didn't update the room type, which had been incorrect in the app). The app didn't even consult with me to resolve the issue. Very dissatisfied with the app.

Pullman KL is a very affordable hotel in KL. The location is nearby Pavilion Mall.
