I checked in at 3 PM, and the room wasn't ready yet. I had to go back and forth every 10 minutes to ask for the room. Finally, at 3:40 AM, the room was ready. When I got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned, bottles and trash were strewn about, the bed without sheets, the toilet smelled of urine, everything was a mess. I was told to wait again for it to be cleaned. I was upset, and it turned out there was another room ready, but I still had to call back and forth from the room to ask for towels, pillowcases, and drinking water until the afternoon before they were delivered. Breakfast was very simple, not befitting the hotel's star rating.

We stayed here for 2 nights during Nyepi holiday. We got here before check-in time so we only dropped our luggages. When we were in the room, the luggages were not there yet and in the end, we brought it ourselves to our room since we've waited too long in the room. We took the F&B deposit and they upgraded our room to pool view. Yeayy.. the hotel has a bathtub and my kid loved it. The hotel is being maintained in some area of the restaurant at that time but it didn't disturb us. We need to walk +/- 20 minutes to get to the beach. Overall it was nice staying here. Thank you.

The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The room was big and clean as well. Definitely a place I'd want to stay in again.

The parking lot is very narrow, check-in also came at 3 pm and the room was still not ready.

Actually, it was a first time stay here, however it 's quite often for me to stay at other Four Point Hotel Network in other city & country. I am happy with its standard quality. Friendliness during check in and other helps from staffs. Good choice hotel in this area.

When you first book, you get a room that doesn't match the photo because you choose the cheapest room. View of the 1st floor wall. But the receptionist named Mrs. Devi was very kind and very helpful. Finally our room was upgraded and we were given a compliment. Thank you, Mrs. Devi, for your hospitality. We were very satisfied staying at Four Point thanks to you.

Not bad. Clean, fast internet, near both canggu and seminyak area. Still need motor vehicle to get around though.

Great hospitality, strategic location, spacious room and clean. Easy access to everywhere, walking distance to the Beach. Overal feedback from me is great and definetely wanna come back someday.
