Sorry, at least the situation was fixed first... so that it doesn't make guests feel scary... And I decided to cancel my stay even though I had already paid.

It's very disappointing that the front view is scary, let alone entering. I don't want to book here anymore.

Very very very bad, this place is a fraud, I ordered 1 room but instead was given 2 cards meaning 2 rooms, it turned out that at the end I was told to pay for 2 rooms, the service was bad, the place was dirty, it was suggested to close this place for fear that there would be many victims of fraud, don't come here if you don't want to be disappointed.

Sebenernya hotelnya tu bagus cuma tidak dirawat jd hotelnya kliatannya dan auranya horor spreinya agak kotor tidakada sabunnya wastafelnya bocor.
