Everything good... Breakfast has a lot of variety... Near Alamanda Mall.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food [was] excellent. My first choice [of] hotel to stay [at] if [I] came to Putrajaya. [I] love the decoration [it's] so nice and calming.

Family room was perfect, spacious, and very well designed. The location was also next to a big lake. My room was lake facing and enjoyed watching many bird species and morning walk there. Also, a huge mall next to the hotel is also an added advantage if you travel with family.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. My previous experiences have always been excellent — everything was great and I had no complaints at all. However, during this recent stay, there were a few issues (2-3) that could be improved, such as: 1) The hotel was beautiful and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere overall. However, the bath towels had a slight unpleasant smell, which was a bit disappointing. 2) Breakfast didn’t have many options. There was tom yum pasta, which felt a bit odd for a morning meal. 3) I asked for a 1 PM check-out but was told there would be an extra charge of RM30 per hour. It would be great if a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM could be considered, as it's a common practice in many other hotels. 4) The air-conditioning was extremely cold, even after I set the fan to the lowest level and adjusted the temperature to 30°C using the manual control. Despite these changes, the room still felt too cold — to the point that I almost caught a cold.

Very nice place to stay, near to Alamanda Mall, easy access. The room was spacious but still using old furniture. Others are great, breakfast also delicious, bed is comfy, staff was very nice. Thank you for the experience.

They gave me a room with a nice view, awesome, comfortable. But likely the toilet is clogged, and the room is not soundproof. Not privately for me. Btw I'm from Sabah.

Spacious room, calm area. They should provide nasi lemak everyday for breakfast. I got nasi ayam on that day. Nasi lemak will be a better option for breakfast.

Comfortable but old hotel. They are renovating the hotel. I was moved to another room on the second day due to renovation. A bit of a hassle. But maybe after renovation they will improve.

5 minutes walking distance to Alamanda shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staffs. Room is spacious.
