Check in process need more time.. We waiting too long.. Need more improvement to check booking ID in system.. Room good but TV is not working.. Toilet need deep clean, the smell not good..

The room was prepared according to order, all the employees were friendly, the fried rice breakfast was quite tasty.

When checking in, it was difficult to find a receptionist, only served by security, the electricity was out. I was disappointed, but I got compensation by upgrading the room class from superior to deluxe. Finally, my disappointment was cured, the room I got was big and there was a connecting room with the children's room.

The owner and staff are friendly and if you want to see Dolphins you can book tickets at the Hotel. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. If the bathroom is not so clean, if the others are clean too the garden is fantastic.

Positive: friendly hotel staff, strategic location near the beach and very close to Krisnaland. Negatives: TV is broken, wifi is very slow, water is very small.

I stayed here for 2 days. It 's a compact hotel with a swimming pool, and Lovina Beach is just a walking distance away, accessible from the hotel parking area. The staff are very nice, always with smiling faces. The breakfast also tastes very good. Unfortunately, I had ordered 2 rooms with 1 large bed each, but they provided rooms with twin beds, which was inconvenient for us.

It ' s a great experience we had. Great location, clean room, big swimming pool and friendly staffs. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back to lovina!

Owner oke, baik banget, ramah. Lingkungan bersih, kamar bersih, pelayanan memuaskan. Makanan enak, suasana natural dan homey banget. Next jika ke Bali pengen balik lagi stay di sana. Thank you Suma Beach Hotel.

Very bad experience staying at Suma Hotel. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. At the time of check-in we were about to be moved to another hotel because many rooms were damaged, and in the end we were given a room at the Suma Hotel. In the morning at 11 am we were asked to check out on the grounds that there were guests who wanted to check in early. Meanwhile, the hotel's policy for check out time is 12. We ask the hotel to pay attention to things like this which are very disappointing for guests.

The accommodation looked like the picture, comfy and clean. The owner is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious. Surely want to come back again soon ❤

Lovely hotel in Lovina. The swimming pool, bedroom, and everything are awesome.

Nice place and facilities. But television is not working.

the atmosphere is scary, the guests are only 2 people, me and one other guest. The air conditioner is dead, only the fan, it seems like the room has never stayed, so it smells like that. the food is OK, but like friends we can't sleep because it's scary.

Comfortable, clean pool, narrow parking.

Shady environment, spacious rooms, connected beach, friendly staff, inadequate parking for cars.

As per the description of the standard room there is AC and TV but I only got a fan.
