The rooms are smelly, the aircon is not cool, the place is in the interior.

Coverage wifi very poor... At lobby and corridor only wifi get good coverage.

Incomplete bathroom facilities. Aircond failed to adjust properly. Aircond fans are too loud and disturbing the sleep. It's uncomfortable to sleep, because when the airconds are installed the room becomes too cold and vice versa.

No water heater, my baby took shower with cold water in the morning. Toiletries not complete, they didn't provide a tooth brush and tooth paste in toilet. No tissue in room. I stayed in A2503 is the highest level, but first time I entered the room so smell, maybe there's no one stay there for long time, but they should clean the room.

Rooms are ok. Price is ok. but the food is less delicious. Less choice, maybe because of cheap price.

The services at the reception are very unsatisfactory. Indian women dressed in hotel work clothes never smile at customers and speak impolite. The same woman also scolded her when asked for the hotel's wifi password. Do not know the respect for the customer and the woman should be switched to another part that does not deal with humans. And at the same time not defame the hotel.

The room need to upgrade the furnitures .But overall is ok. the breakfast variety and awesome!

This hotel with reasonable price served with bath tub, and refrigerator. Very important to me with small kids and baby. Extra point on the many choices of foods during breakfast. Guarded parking is good. The only lacking is the old furniture, however it is not my priority during trip. Will come again.

Room aircon is not cold but slowly taken action. Reports from 6pm but room exchanges are only decided at 10 pm.

Pretty fun. Comfortable room, friendly waiter staff. A satisfying and tasty breakfast menu.

Spacious room & good breakfast. But can't lock the window. Its not secure to us since there have balcony connect to next room. This is 7th floor. Room near to lift.

This time the accommodation at the KL international hotel is very unsatisfactory, especially related; bathroom (only shower only works), there is a non-functioning lamp, a liff system (under maintenance), a room that is not good enough to smell.

Love the breakfast. Old hotel but with the price and location, good deal!
