Easy access and staff friendly

Easy and very convenient for transit at KLIA2, clean room and easy to check in.

One of the malay lady little bit chubby staff due to her misunderstanding. I suppose to stay for over night can check in at 2pm and she told me I only allowed to stay for only 12 hours. Really disappointed on this service and the hotel without give any compensation for me. This case happened on 7/5/2025 please check on your CCTV all got the proof !

This is my second time staying here. I love to stay here and hope I can stay here again soon.

I have stayed in a capsule for a number of times. It's perfect for those who need to transit or catch an early flight in the next morning. So far, I was happy and highly recommend it to solo or couple travelers.

Good hotel, good ambience and really clean

So far is good, because the facilities that I got made me comfortable like Wi-Fi, plugs, a comfortable bed and many more.

Good, will come again on the next trip

The hotel staff is very friendly, security is guaranteed, there are lockers to store suitcases and other items.

It's bigger than the average cabin hotel, the amount of space is decent and can even move freely inside the cabin

Have to climb up & down steps, should consider senior citizen using the facility.

The staff is friendly, the only thing lacking is that the room is not cold enough.

For the room I chose, it had a capacity of 3 people and was very cramped. The price wasn't worth it.

Quite noisy at night, not really sound proff. Shower room is OK, although it abit small compared to transit hotel at japan airport.

My second time staying here. Great services.

The location is perfect for those arriving late and catching flights the next day.
