Staff Assistance: Friendly and always smiling. Highlights: Easy to go anywhere from this hotel. Price: Fair price with a nice stay. Location: Good location for everything.

thanks for the experience! the staff are friendly, the food are great, pastries are surprisingly wonderful! the coffee is good. but please do extra maintenance for the electronics such as tv or even the remote. but the staff were so responsive and helpful so i didnt mind. the shower isnt too hot considering the ac is too cold. but overall i love it here! Would love to come back and recommend to friends and family!

room 1021, the bed needs to be replaced, the bed is giving us back pain!

This is my favorite hotel to stay in Bali

Very comfortable, close to I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, very spacious rooms, and a very large bathroom. The only downside is the carpeted hallway leading to the room, making it very difficult to drag the mattress.

The hotel location is close to the airport and close to places to eat.

Location is very convenient and has a great tropical atmosphere... Room-wise and meals are okay, clean, and neat.

good ambience, clean place, but unfortunatelly have some renovation going on while we stayed there. But overall no annoying sound from the project.
