The hotel staff is friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, the bathroom is comfortable and clean too.... Yesterday I only stayed for one night....

Have stayed here several times... because of the strategic location... The road in front of the hotel is relatively rarely congested. Find food nearby. And I like the bed the most.. Very comfortable.. AC is okay.

Cheap price, but get a really good room and facilities

All good for short stay and its exactly in sunset road

The location is good and close to everything. However, the noise from other hotel guests is quite disturbing, especially when my husband and I are staying, perhaps during a large event or when there are many guests staying. My husband and I carried our own luggage to the room, without any assistance from the hotel. Other than that, the place is fine, but it does need some maintenance and more attention to improve service in the future.

The room is comfortable, for breakfast, add more variety so that you don't get bored of eating because you stay for 4 days and 3 nights but the menu is not very interesting, for school tour groups, it needs more control because it is still noisy at night.

Safety is lacking because people can ride the elevator without access, and noise from the corridors can clearly penetrate into the rooms, making it very noisy. The location is just right on the side of the road.

It was ok and strategic, no need to worry about getting trapped in the traffic. The room was ok and worth the price.

The hotel is close to Kuta and towards Denpasar city, the price is friendly and right.

The rooms and service are excellent. It's also close to everywhere, depending on where you want to go.

I only stayed here for one night. Upon arrival, I was offered a room upgrade at no additional cost, so I was lucky. The room was spacious, overlooking the pool and restaurant. The air conditioning was cool and clean. Breakfast was standard, but acceptable.

Staff are friendly, spacious room, but the deluxe one i got from an upgrade superior room not that good. But the other day i got the superior room way much better. So overall good

Black market roadside is easy to find

The shower and sink faucets need to be replaced, but the staff service is good. The first day the room was full of mosquitoes

It's quite good and clean, but sadly with the service, if possible, the breakfast menu could be expanded with more variations.
