I feel very satisfied and comfortable. Staying at this Fivehotel

The staff were very friendly, however, the last day of my stay was horrible. They did some renovation or something else with a drill starting from 6 AM 🤯. I was startled and couldn't continue to get some rest since it still continued till 9 AM.

Very close to Kelapa Gading Mall & La Piazza. You can walk from the hotel. Staff is also friendly.

Hotel was nice, all staffs were friendly, room was clean, hotel location was great, food were nice, many variety on buffet. Fave was do Go Green by providing the water station instead of bottle water. We were very appreciated it. the Only thing we were quite surprise was on the 3rd days, we have alacarte breakfast not buffet, and we see the customer who have breakfast on that day almost same numbers with our 1st and 2nd breakfast. the choice for alacarte breakfast is only fried rice or toast. since my husband was still hungry, we ask for additional toast, the waiter said she need to ask the kitchen first 🤔, thankfully we can have it. 😊👍. hopefully for alacarte breakfast we can have more variety menu.

The friendliness and politeness of the cleaning staff who remind the room when it will be cleaned, the variety of food menus at breakfast. You will not regret making this hotel one of your choices to stay. Thank you

Ordered a superior room, given a standard one, no compensation at all from the hotel, the AC was dripping, instead of moving rooms, we were told to wait for the AC repairman, the phone was dead, there were no towels in the room, when I asked for a towel to be delivered, they went straight into the room and opened the door themselves even though there was someone in the room,,,car parking is limited

My car was scratched because the security guard took it to the lobby. Please, if there is no order, don't take the initiative yourself. Even if you want to move it or take it, be careful, the bottom of the car could get scratched. How can you be held responsible for this?

The staff is very friendly and helpful when checking in. Besides that, the place is very comfortable, close to the mall and there are also many delicious culinary places near the hotel.

One thing that was a little disappointing, on the first day of checking in, I tried to have dinner at the restaurant, I was disappointed that the food took too long to cook even though I ordered simple food, because it took too long, I lost my mood to eat.

I have often stayed at Favehotel even though it is a different place or area but the standard of service and the hotel are highly recommended. Thanks

arrived at 5 but was told the room was not ready. The one that was ready was the room without a window, even though the app said Fun Room with a window. Check-in time was 2, so why wasn't it ready at 5? but so far it's good. thank you.

stuffy room with no windows. asked to move rooms but was told they were full, a classic excuse. even though I saw Traveloka that I could still book. a bit disappointing though. in other hotels as long as there are still rooms, you can move rooms.
