View from the room and pool is stunning — you can clearly see KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers, even their reflections in the water. Spacious and clean bathroom. Direct access to Sunway Putra Mall is very convenient. – Room feels empty despite its size, only a single chair set instead of a sofa. – Wardrobe sliding doors were dusty and hard to open. – Breakfast service was disappointing. Staff lacked initiative — when I asked for help with coffee, they just pointed to the machine. – Overall service feels far from what you’d expect at this hotel’s price point. A visually appealing stay, but the service and attention to detail really need improvement.

It was a great stay at the hotel. The room was huge (as we got an upgrade) and everything was clean and great. My kids love the pool and the fact that it was attached to a mall 😍. We would definitely come again!

Strategic location, you can go anywhere by LRT, monorail, MRT

The staff was very helpful, the electric kettle in the room was broken, the replacement was done quickly by the hotel staff

Kamar bersih, breakfast variatif, kolam renang nyaman, air shower kenceng, dann sebelahan dengan mall. Worth to stay.
