Not my first time staying here. Still one of the best hotels to stay during my trip to KL. All staff are helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good and had many choices.

Sleep-inducing comfy mattress. Great shower, even has a seat for the old and infirm. Spacious room. Iron & ironing board in closet. Mirrors everywhere.

The room was very clean, the AC was cold, and any minor complaints were handled immediately. There were a few things that weren't quite right; housekeeping was a bit curious, a bit strange for me.

First time stayed in the hotel. The room was superb with the right blend of color and light. Sure will repeat stay in the hotel.

Second time stay. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. Value for money spent.

Overall a good place to stay. I have been staying here a few times. Just need to improve a bit on the sahur.

Good, everything is good and very nice.

We were pleasantly upgraded to the Executive Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. However, the hygiene was not acceptable for a five-star hotel. We found a hotel slipper left by a previous guest under the kitchen sink, as well as a dental floss pick under the bathroom sink. This was disappointing and affected our overall experience.
