The hotel is strategically located in the city center and close to the mall. The hotel itself still needs a lot of work. We checked in at night and used three rooms because we were tired. We went straight to bed without checking the restroom. It turned out the shower in our room wasn't working, so we had to go to another room to relieve ourselves. The service was fine, but there was no staff to help us carry our luggage to our room.

There were cockroaches in the room, and towels were only given after asking. The bedcover and mattress were itchy, making it difficult to rest comfortably. It seemed to have fleas.

The hotel staff took a while to process check-in; in my experience, it took me an hour. The rooms have fairly dated amenities, so don't expect too much; it's quite comfortable. The cool air conditioning and proximity to Panakukang Mall are particularly commendable.

The room was dirty, never swept, the sheets had lots of unclear and yellow stains, it seemed like they had never been replaced or new ones had not been purchased, they did not match the photos, they were very different from the original, they did not have a QR code, they had to transfer money, which was very difficult, they could not pay remotely, they had to pay in a strange place.
