The room smelled musty, the sheets, pillowcases, and blanket were dirty brown and stained, and there were lots of small cockroaches in the room. Not recommended!

This hotel is always on my husband and I's top list when we visit Makassar. This time, we brought our baby and were very pleased, even though we were placed on the highest floor, 8th. The city views are also breathtaking.

The room was infested with cockroaches and the bathroom was crawling with tiny worms. The service was terrible. I requested early check-in but wasn't given one.

I found a bathroom full of tiny black worms. The bedcover was stained, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. There were no hotel slippers. The table in the room was dirty, as if it had never been wiped down.
