Hotel with the worst service:
- The receptionist was overwhelmed with only one person, while many guests were checking in/out....
- There was no bellboy (Potter) to help with luggage, so I had to carry three suitcases to the elevator, and two closed suitcases in the elevator going upstairs by myself. Because I didn't get the third suitcase in time, it was already closed... (There was no initiative from the receptionist to direct the bellboy).
- Dirty room (old room) never cleaned, the bathroom phone didn't work, and there were no clean towels. When I asked for towels, I was given torn ones... (WHAT KIND OF A HOTEL IS THIS?)
