The hallway lights are not working, the toilets are dirty, the towels are dirty, the facilities need to be cleaned more.

Strategic location, spacious room, friendly staff, cool AC, very cheap price 👍🏻. Cons: got a smoking room (requested no smoking), the cigarette smell was very strong, it stuck to my clothes. The water heater didn't work, the towels were very dirty, better as a doormat.

This hotel needs renovations; the air conditioning isn't working. We couldn't rest because of the heat.

The lights went out twice. The room was uncomfortable. The sheets were stained. But it was an old hotel, and for the price, it was a good deal. I felt like running away from the hotel :(

Overall, I highly recommend staying here. I've stayed here several times and it never disappoints. I got a deluxe room for 140,000 Rupiah for a two-night stay.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the lobby is hot like a sauna.

1. The bathroom door was broken and could only be opened from the inside. So the door was double-locked from the outside. To enter, you had to call a technician. 2. Towels had to be requested. They weren't prepared before guests entered the room. 3. The TV screen was blurry and the viewing angle was ruined. Because of this, I didn't stay there. I checked out about two hours after check-in. Even though I had just arrived from out of town, I had to turn back. The kids were tired and crying and had to go back.

The service is excellent, friendly and clean.

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed here with my husband, the hotel food is quite delicious and the room is quite clean and spacious ☺️
