The staff was very friendly, but the hotel itself is very outdated and it needed a lot of repairs. The shower had just a small stream of water. My bag fell in a hole to the cellar. Those holes are very dangerous. For the rest, good food and friendly staff.

The staff is very friendly. The food has many variations and is all delicious. The environment is clean. If I go to Bali again, I will come here again.

Overall it was good Nyepi holiday, The hotel is old but still well maintained, especially the room and bathroom, they are spacious and very well cleaned, the minus is the air conditioner is not enough to make all the room cool, so maybe addition of ceiling fan above the bed could help guest sleep better if don't want to move or change the AC. Hotel location is very good and they have direct access to Legian Beach. We choose this hotel because of they have kid's pool and kid's playing room, both are nice, especially the 2 pools which they provide some floaties for kids. Only the kid's playing room need to be refresh because of the old carpet smells. During our stay (Nyepi) the restaurant & in room dinning operational hour is limited until 3pm, they provide buffet dinner from 4-6pm which actually too early for dinner time. And the breakfast was not a buffet and the options provided is too small. My wife tried the spa, they charged more expensive than the menu, they said it's because of Nyepi. (should be written on the room menu). The other minus point is we can't park our motorbike inside hotel area although the parking area inside still have many spaces. Sorry not able to take pictures because was busy taking care of the kid.

The only minus is the atmosphere, the cottage is really like a test of courage at night. The atmosphere is really creepy, the lighting is dim, the room smells damp. It's like no visitors have entered for a long time. There is no direction of the Qibla either.

Thank you to the staff who are always kind, friendly and responsive. Spacious rooms, comfortable and quiet atmosphere, I got room 128 in the new building in front of the pool. Basically, I always enjoy staying here ❤️

It's delicious right in front of Legian beach and there are lots of snacks around.

The AC is very cold. You can catch a cold! The location is comfortable and green. Close to all kinds of shops and health centers. The swimming pool contains too much chlorine. The food is quite good. The rooms are old, but quite clean. The toilet water smells a little salty.

On the 1st day, April 12th, I was given room no. 233 with a non-cooling AC. The hotel staff only said to set the AC to turbo, but it turned out to be not cold at all. Then I asked to move to room 234 with a cool AC but the phone didn't work. I complained twice but still got no response. Complained 3 times and then the engineer came, but there was no solution because the person who promised not to come again didn't come.

Toilet kamar mandinya tidak nyaman untuk orang lokal, dan kamar tidurnya terkesan kurang terawat. Akses masuk ke kamar juga cukup sulit. Rencana stay 2 malam, langsung check out pada hari pertama-belum sempat bermalam.

Sangat buruk, barang angkat sendiri mana colokan di kamar cuma satu trus ber abu.

Good location, good facilities, good service (even if you are local tourist). Water for shower and washtafel is salty like sea water 😅.

Clean hotels, with old buildings. Nice and helpfully staff. Near Beach to have sunset views.

The staff didn't tell the location of the restaurant for breakfast, the hotel was spooky. Just win there is a direct road to the beach.

Staff are good cleaning good. It ' s just no hot water half way of I'm staying there I tell the reception about it she yes but no action. I have to have cold shower for 3 day.

The rooms are spacious, clean, the staff is friendly, but the menu in the restaurant needs to be varied. Wifi in the room is difficult to connect. The pool is our favorite place.

I stayed here for 3 nights which was very pleasant, although there was renovation going on when I stayed and that didn't bother me at all.

Bangunan hotelnya sudah tua, AC nya rusak air juga kecil dan yang lebih parah saya sudah melakukan pembayaran lewat aplikasi, tapi ketika saya sampai kamarnya ga ada. Sangat tidak profesional dan kejadian ini ternyata bukan dengan saya saja banyak tamu lain dan turis asing. Hotel ini sangat mencoreng pariwisata di bali. Untuk kalian yang ingin menginap di hotel ini lebih baik di pikir dulu 1000 x karena tidak recommended.
