It was a very comfortable stay for my kids and me. The atmosphere is different from other hotels. I really appreciate the hotel management for their attention to detail in their amenities, and their excellent and friendly service. All the bath soaps and other items are from the Sensatia Botanical brand, making you feel like you're in Bali, which makes it even more comfortable. The room is very clean, and the AC is super cold. The food is delicious. I booked a queen room with breakfast yesterday, and it was totally worth it. Continued success, Hotel Kosenda 🙏🏻

Location super strategic, even the room is small but very comfy. The plus point is the toiletries product from Sensatia Botanica and there was no noise from outside. Bed was comfy too.

The experience of staying here is really good, the staff is friendly, the central AC is always cold, the hot water is okay, those who want to do CFD on Sunday morning at Sarinah to GI are suitable to stay here. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi is really slow.

Our family of 4 pax book 2 rooms, the rooms are fragrant and clean. Because the taste of the food is champion, we always eat at the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and cooperative.
