Location was great, within walking distance to Living World and Broadway (new hangout spot). Hotel was decent, and a little old, but fairly clean and comfortable.

I had a bad experience when I was going to CI. With the excuse that it had just been cleaned, I was only able to enter the room at 4 pm. I got a connecting room, on a floor that was being renovated, the room felt stuffy. The interior of the room also needed to be renovated

Thank you to Mercure Serpong for preparing a message and cake for my son's birthday. The experience of staying here was pleasant. The swimming pool is nice, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious. I just love the very limited variety of breakfast.

The hotel is in the Alam Sutera area, the route is a bit congested at night. Strategic, the rooms are clean and all the facilities are functioning well. The staff are friendly, especially the bellboy who always helps carry things back and forth 🙂

The location is strategic, adjacent to Living World Mall and close to Pasar 8 Alam Sutra. There are also many culinary places in Flavor Bliss. Sleeping at Mercure is also very good. The room is quite spacious.
